Hatha style yoga moves through asanas (yoga poses) slower than a flow class. We pause in each pose for several breaths. This class offers you the gift of slowing down, being in your body and feeling different sensations. Drop-in and take advantage of some open space for your child to run around, play with toys, and socialize with other kids! It’s a great way for parents to get out of the house and meet other parents too. We will supply various toys and activities. Parents must be present.

9:00 AM - 2:00 PM	Rec-mas w/ Santa - Recmas W/ Santa With the holiday season fast approaching, Wakefield Parks & Rec is busy gearing up for our Annual “Rec-mas” with Santa event. (Formerly known as breakfast with Santa) Every year we “Rec-mas with Santa on the first Saturday in December. Not only is this event one of our largest fundraisers of the year, but it is also a wonderful community event that is a holiday tradition within the Wakefield community. The event hosts a free breakfast, free pictures with Santa, amazing raffle baskets, children’s activities, & more! Saturday, December 6th9am-2pm @ the Town Hall Opera House We are still looking for sponsors for the event.
