All Levels Yoga Tuesdays @ 5:30 pm Town Hall Opera HouseNo class 6/3A gentle hatha- style class combining movement and breath to feel grounded and centered and strong. Hatha style yoga moves through asanas (yoga poses) slower than a flow class. We pause in each pose for several breaths. This class offers you the gift of slowing down, being in your body and feeling different sensations. This class is beginner friendly and can also be modified for the more experienced yogi. Portland City and Lighthouse Trolley Tour - Portland City and Lighthouse Trolley Tour
We are on the road today heading to Portland, Maine for the Portland City and Lighthouse Tour. Once in Portland, we board the trolley for and 1 hour and 45 minute journey to Portland's historic treasures, enjoy narrated stories, view the coastal scenery and iconic lighthouses. Lunch will follow the trolley tour. This is a low-impact doubles racket sport that blends tennis, badminton and ping pong. Pick-up style play for all levels and abilities. Pickleball is fun for all ages, Come out & give it a try! All Levels Yoga Tuesdays @ 5:30 pm Town Hall Opera HouseNo class 6/3A gentle hatha- style class combining movement and breath to feel grounded and centered and strong. Hatha style yoga moves through asanas (yoga poses) slower than a flow class. We pause in each pose for several breaths. Adult 18+ co-ed slow-pitch softball league. Space limited to the first 6 teams. Previous season teams receive priority registration.
$500 per teamRegistration for players ends May 23rdWeeknight games in Wakefield May/June-August/September End of season double elimination tournament.
Schedule TBDEach player must register separately and notate their team. Coaches meeting May 14th 6pm at Parks & Rec.
