Beginner’s Sourdough Starter Class

Curious about sourdough but don’t know where to begin? Join local homesteading enthusiast Rob “Doc” Dougherty for a hands-on introduction to the time-honored art of sourdough starters. Whether you’re looking to ditch commercial yeast, connect with traditional skills, or just bake better bread—this class is for you. Each participant will take home their own sourdough starter! 


Monday, August 18th @ Parks & Rec 
Class starts @ 6pm and lasts roughly an hour and a half 
$20 per person - includes all supplies
