Don't let the world of yoga intimidate you, come try Chair Yoga.  Chair yoga is for everyone no matter what condition you are in.  You will learn breathing techniques for a healthy immune system.  Yoga postures will be practiced seated on a chair and standing using the chair for support. 
Mondays 8am-9am
